Sports Psychology

Sports psychology investigates the psychological or mental factors that affect performance during sports and exercise and uses the findings to improve individual and team performance. This definition covers the combination of many factors, which are effective in the background of the athlete’s emotions and thoughts on the field, through behavior. Sports psychologists play an important role in the awareness raising process in order to understand the athlete and to ensure that the athlete can see the right flow in mind-body interaction.

The level of awareness that the athlete should reach in the mind-body flow creates opportunities for rest and self-seeing in many areas in their career journey. The attitude and behavior of the athlete towards the situation they are experiencing will also play a role in their forward looking and their moves. We, together with our athletes, families of athletes and trainers, carry out activities to increase awareness in order for our athletes to take a solid step into the future with a holistic approach and solution-oriented perspectives. When these studies provide solutions, they directly contribute to the process of reaching the highest performance level of the athlete.
